Portal Login Instructions
- You will not be able to log into the portal if you have not renewed your enrollment, or if your enrollment status is not Regular.
- Your email is your portal username.
- Your password is your student number repeated twice. For example, if your number is 123 then your password is 123123.
- If you cannot log in with the above information, please contact your department study and examinations coordinator to verify your status.
- You must change your password upon your first login.
- Please store your password in a safe place. Forgetting it may delay your course registration and you may miss suitable groups.
Course Registration Instructions
- It is recommended to choose the courses you want before logging in and review the department schedules (exam schedule, courses and groups). This will speed up your registration and save time.
- Prepare alternatives for courses with small/limited groups.
- Select courses offered by other departments first.
- Select courses that have groups first.
- If you have a compulsory/mandatory course and cannot find a group due to conflicts, contact your department study and examinations coordinator.
- If you have failed courses:
- The system will register the course for you compulsorily and leave selecting a group to you.
- You will not be able to register other courses until you finish selecting groups for the repeated courses.
* Mandatory/compulsory course definition: A course that, if not registered, causes the minimum required credits (12 credits) to not be satisfied. Priority is given to core department courses.
